"I definitely think that just being confident is being sexy so personally when I’m in shape I feel the sexiest,” Kardashian tells Fox News. “It’s always about me getting in the gym and staying with it and staying motivated. It’s also from within; you should feel sexy when you wake up in the morning. You’ve just got to stick to your workout regime; so many people start and then stop."
