Sunny Leone was born on May 13, 1981 in Sarnia, Ontario to a Sikh family who belongs from Indian Punjab. She was born with the name Karen Malhotra, Sunny was her best nick name and later in 2001 she was given name as Leone which is given by Bob Guccione, former owner of Penthouse magazine when she was named as Penthouse Pet of the month for March 2001.

 
Sunny Leone’s father was born in Tibet but he was raised in Delhi who was died due to cancer and her mother was from sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. She was very active young girl and used to play street hockey with the boys and enjoying ice skating on a nearby frozen lake with boys.

 
She was enrolled in a Catholic school and there she had her first kiss when she was 11 years. Her parents moved to Fort Gratiot, Michigan then Lake Forest, California. She lost her virginity to a basketball player when she was only 16 and discovered that she was bisexual at 18 years. She graduated from high school in 1999 and enrolled in college.

 
Sunny Leone first worked at German bakery and tax and retirement firm. She was introduced to John Stevens an agent to Jay Allen, a photographer for Penthouse magazine by her friend who was exotic dancer. She posed for the Penthouse magazine and also appeared in other magazines including Cheri, Mystique Magazine, High Sociey, Swank, AVN Online, Leg World, Club International and Lawrider and many others.

 
In 2003, Sunny Leone was declared Penthouse pet of the year 2003 and also appeared in movie Penthouse Pets in paradise with Tera Patrick and Kyla cole. She then signed a three year contract with Vivid Entertainment and entered into the porn industry. She was appeared mostly in lesbian scenes.

 
Sunny Leone first movie was released in December 2005 with the name of Sunny and her next movie Virtual Vivid Girl Sunny Leone won AVN Award within the four days after release. She was appeared with girls in her movies till May 2007. In May 2007 she again signed with Vivid Entertainment for six new movies and she agreed to work with male on camera but only with her fiancé, Matt Erikson. She was appeared in Sunny Loves Matt, which earned great repute in the P- – n industry and she was selected as Female Performer of the year 2009.

 
Later she started working with other male actors also including Tommy Gunn, Charles Dera, James Deen and Voodoo. In 2008 she started doing his working for his own production house and “The Dark Side of the Sun” was her first indwependent production released in March 2009. It was also said that she wanted to work in Bollywood.

 
She earned many awards as XBIZ Award of Web Babe of the Year 2008, Best All Girls Group Sex scene AVN Award of 2010 and also Web Starlet of the year 2010.

When Katrina heard about these stories, she probably lost sleep. Guess she didn’t want to be portrayed as the villain in this filmi kahaani! So Kat decided to pick up the phone and set the record straight. We hear Anushka, who doses off quite early at night, was shocked to hear her phone ring at an odd hour. She was even more stunned when she saw it was Katrina on the line. Kat asked Anushka if she was upset with her. She also cleared the air, saying that she hadn’t meddled in the promotional and marketing strategy for the film. Anushka was quite receptive and heard Kat out.

 
The discussion went on and on, and the two girls spoke for close to two hours. Finally, the two decided not to pay any attention to all the idle talk and stories about their rivalry. We must say that it was quite sweet of Kat to pick the phone and put things straight, even though it was at a rather odd hour. After all, all’s well that ends well, right? Second in line for the glorious title is Salman Khan. He wasn’t far behind his frenemy SRK with 1,393 votes. Following the Ek Tha Tiger superstar is Aamir Khan. Sallu’s dear friend unfortunately is way behind in the race at a measly 411 votes.

Mumbai: Madhur Bhandarkar’s magnum opus, ‘Heroine’, the film touted to be Kareena Kapoor’s most challenging work till date, has often been in news for more wrong reasons than right. This time, however, it is not so.

 

Bhandarkar’s story about the life of an actress, and her rise and fall, is all set to hit the screens on September 21. And this film, as they say, is going to be big. News has it that the Kareena starrer has already recovered about half of its entire budget, and is on the threshold of getting the widest theatrical release for a heroine-centric film in India – ever. Spread across 2400 screens in the country, ‘Heroine’, believe Bhandarkar and the team, will be massive.

 
A release of such magnitude is the territory of male-centric films – that too, ones which have the topmost stars of the industry. Woman-oriented films, usually, haven’t had as wide releases as male starrers in India so far. ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’ are both cases in point. While the former released across 1600 screens in the country, the latter was somewhere close to 1000 screens.

 
Apart from Kareena Kapoor, ‘Heroine’ stars Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles. And according to trade analysts, the stage seems set for another blockbuster!

Salman Khan surprised us big time at the music launch of Ishkq In Paris recently. He appeared at the event on time, he was seen joking around with the media and seemed to be in quite a good mood. But what really astonished us was that he made sure he embarrassed the Ishkq In Paris team with his indelicate humour. Sallu refused to recognize director Prem Raj Soni, but after a while he flashed his usual naughty smile and said, “Oh how could I forget, I did a happening film called Mr and Mrs Khanna with him.”

 
His bullying session didn’t exactly stop there. He went a step ahead and tormented Zinta with his mortifying remarks. While Zinta continued raving about how Sallu is the ultimate tiger and how he has given such a rocking performance in the film, Khan thanked her by pulling her leg mercilessly. And while Rhehan was telling the media how he learnt the basics of acting from Preity, Mr Khan interrupted in between and remarked, “Preity taught you how to act, surprising.” Phew! He gave the ultimate finishing touches by commenting on Rhehan Malik’s zombie-like expressions. Salman asked him if he practiced a certain set of expressions before walking into the press con.

 
The media encouraged Salman to carry on with his leg pulling session with a great round of applause and a riotous laughter. And why not, it’s always great to see Sallu bring his cheerful self to the fore and that too in front of the media!

From a model to a popular Bollywood star, Bipasha Basu’s journey hasn’t been one without her share of ups and downs. But she has taken every experience in her stride and says she has emerged as an evolved person.

 
“Today, I am a refined actor, lived a little more life, have seen a lot, handle situations, not just arelationship, career-wise I have fallen down, come up again. I have had my run of relationship crises, staying away from my parents for a long time, loans to pay at times I didn’t know how to pay,” Bipasha said to a radio channel host.

 
The 33-year-old made her Bollywood debut in 2001 with Ajnabee. She was dating her Raaz co-star Dino Morea that time, but parted ways with him in 2002. Then she became romantically involved with her Jism co-actor John Abraham, whom she dated for around eight years.

 
Professionally, her career picked up with films like No Entry, Dhoom, Corporate and Bachna Ae Haseeno. Her latest release Raaz 3 received a good opening, and Bipasha is happy the way life has shaped up for her.

 
“From 1997 to 2012, I’ve lived a wholesome life, moved from one room to one BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) to two BHK sharing with a friend. Then bought a car, but didn’t know how to drive and also couldn’t afford a driver. Finally, my friends ended up driving, so I realised there was no point of buying a car. I had a very broken life, yes sometimes broken down, sometimes very strong, so I feel I am a very evolved human being right now,” she said.

 
For now, Bipasha awaits the launch of her second fitness DVD, and her debut international project Singularity, will hit the screens early next year.

“There are not too many dull moments between the two of them,” Seacrest explained, “but at the end of the day, we all hug and laugh and go home and get ready for another day. They get along fine, but they’re strong and candid in their opinion.” The reported trouble has allegedly stemmed from the fact that both Carey and Minaj want to be centre of attention, as they interrupted each other, disagreed and generally painted a picture of discontent on last week’s Idol, but according to Seacrest, the pair get along fine. “Mariah and Nicki might never be best friends, but they can work together,” a source close to the talent said. “If Nicki can work with Madonna, she can work with Mariah.”

 
“Mariah is old-school, where everything starts and ends with the voice,” another source close toproduction told The Huffington Post. “Nicki is looking for talent that catches her eye. She is far more interested in the whole package rather than just the ability to sing.” Fox might be secretly hoping that the so-called vendetta continues, as nothing spells high ratings than two of the biggest women in music disagreeing on live television.

Speaking about returning with a rock recordwhen the charts have been full of dancetunes, Ronnie said: ”I think we’ve been pretty good at going against the grain a little bit. It’s not really a conscious decision, but we have got our own kind of temperament. We gauge what we do and we’ve been really lucky so far – luck has a lot to do with it – so hopefully the star will align again.
