Mika wrote record like it was his last Mika approached new album 'Origin of Love' like it was the last thing he "was ever going to make." The Celebrate' singer suffered from writer's block before writing his latest album, but once he started working with other people his creative juices started flowing. He told Fastmaza.com : "I had a much more liberal approach with this record. For my last album I had the idea that everything had to come from me only : I sat behind a piano for months : but this time I allowed more people in. "There was one person who wouldn't work with me at first and I hounded her until she did. I approached this record like it was the last thing I was ever going to make." Mika said a real turning point in making the record - which was partly inspired by his sister Paloma's near fatal fall, in which she was impaled by the legs on railings after falling four floors : was when he wrote first single 'Celebrate'. He added: "This single was me realising that I was happy again. I was that feeling that, f***ing hell, I can make this strange music that no-one else is allowed to make." Speaking about working with producer Pharrell Williams on the single, he added: "The aim was just to make interesting music with charm and if it goes beyond that, then great. He was very clever and quick : he called me a scientist though which couldn't be further from the truth!" Origin of Love' is released on October 8. HOT MODELS BIKINI PHOTO SHOOT PICTURES

Anthems man Noel Gallagher Noel Gallagher is "cursed" with writing huge singalong anthems, and "can't help" writinghuge choruses. The former Oasis guitarist loved working on his debut solo album, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' because he could work with choirs and orchestras to create a huge sound, and he thinks his writing style is most suited to singalong epics. He told Fastmaza.com : "Doing this, my heart lies in orchestration and choirs, more than just guitars. I always think big, I never think small. Then, as the album took off, Everybody's On The Run' is f***ing stadium massive and I'm arriving back at a familiar spot. Man, what do I do now? I'm cursed with writing big singalongs. I can't help it." Noel believes Oasis' sound changed after Gem Archer and Andy Bell joined the band because they encouraged more of a "rock" direction. He said: "Gem and Andy joined and essentially, at heart, they are indie kids. Liam [Gallagher] isn't arsed one way or the other. "Also, I felt a bit like I'd done all that. When you've been that grandiose, calling a track 'All Around the World' and it's 11 minutes long and the reprise is four minutes Gem said, No, we don't need that s**t', and we became more of a rock band."
Famke Janssen's Claustrophobia Causes Problems For Taken 2 Bosses Taken 2 producers were forced to hire a stunt double to shoot actress Famke Janssens kidnap scene because she is extremely claustrophobic. In the sequel to the popular 2009 thriller, the Dutch beauty is abducted by criminals, who shove a bag over her head. However, Janssen grew so anxious about the sequence, director Olivier Megaton decided to recruit a body double to fill in for her. Janssen tells the Fastmaza.com , "I'm extremely claustrophobic. I wouldn't let them put the sack on my head until just before Olivier said, Action.' And then they had to rip it right off." But the actress' dislike for small, dark spaces didn't just present a problem on the Taken 2 set : for her upcoming movie Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, make-up artists had to create her facial plastercast in different stages so as not to send her over the edge. She adds, "They had to do a plaster cast of my face for the prosthetics. But they had to do it one half at a time, in pieces. I couldn't have my whole face covered. I even feel claustrophobic when I'm wearing prosthetic make-up."
Nicole Kidman Fought With The Paperboy Director Over Derogatory Term Nicole Kidman got into a heated argument with director Lee Daniels on the set of new erotic thriller The Paperboy after refusing to use a derogatory term included in the script. The actress, who plays prisoner John Cusack's lover in the upcoming movie, pushed her boundaries to the limit by filming three controversial scenes in the first three days of production. However, Kidman drew the line when it came to using the word "n**ger" and her stance caused major tension with her boss. Daniels tells the Fastmaza.com , "Her character was supposed to say the N-word, and she wouldn't say it. I was angry. My producer tells me, Are you serious? She bends over a washing machine and takes it from John Cusack in the first day, she has telepathic sex with Cusack in prison on the second day, she urinates on Zac Efron on the third day, and you're angry because she won't say the N-word? "Give the girl a break.' I said, Alright.'"

Christina Aguilera Once Pressured Into Losing Weight To Boost Business Singer Christina Aguilera was urged to lose weight in 2002 because label bosses feared her curvy figure would be bad for business. The Fighter hitmaker recently opened up about her new fuller shape, insisting she loves her body no matter what critics say. But the Grammy winner has not always been so confident and admits she was pressured into shedding 15 pounds (6.8 kilograms) during the middle of her Stripped tour with pop star Justin Timberlake 10 years ago. She tells Billboard magazine, "During the promotion of my album Stripped, I got tired of being askinny, white girl. I am Ecuadorian but people felt so safe passing me off as a skinny, blue-eyed white girl. "The next time my label saw me, I was heavier, darker and full of piercings! Let me tell you, that wasn't an easy pill for them to swallow. I had gained about 15 pounds during promotion and during my Stripped tour. They called this serious emergency meeting about how there was a lot of backlash about my weight. Basically, they told me I would affect a lot of people if I gained weight : the production, musical directors. "(They claimed) people I toured with (like Timberlake) would also miss out if I gained weight because I would sell no records or tickets for my shows. I was young, so I lost the weight quickly and was toothpick thin during Back to Basics promos and touring (in 2006)." However, the 31-year-old mum reveals she no longer worries about how her size will impact her brand: "I told them during this Lotus (2012) recording, You are working with a fat girl. Know it now and get over it.' They need a reminder sometimes that I don't belong to them. It's my body. My body can't put anyone in jeopardy of not making money anymore : my body is just not on the table that way anymore."
Animated movies fan Hugh Jackman Hugh Jackman thinks animated movies are "superior" to live-action films and he admiresthe work that goes into cartoons. The Australian actor : who voices the Easter Bunny in Rise of the Guardians' and has previously worked on Flushed Away' and Happy Feet' : admires the work that goes into cartoons and even though they can be a lot of work, he enjoys the process. Hugh : who has children Oscar, 12, and Ava, seven, with wife Deborra - said: "I thinkanimated movies in general are fantastic. I end up watching them a lot with my kids. "Structurally many of them are superior to live-action movies. The process means they can rework things. "On a film, to reshoot something is expensive, difficult and somehow sends a signal that there's aproblem. In animated movies, effectively you have 15 reshoots of the entire movie. "When I go in to do voiceover work : I don't know how many sessions, probably 10 : I end up doing the same scenes slightly changed, slightly edited. It's a great process." Rise of the Guardians' sees Easter Bunny, Santa (Alec Baldwin), Tooth Fairy (Isla Fisher) and Jack Frost (Chris Pine) do battle against the Bogeyman (Jude Law) and Hugh says the characters are like Marvel's Avengers. He added to Total Film magazine: "They're the animated Avengers. Maybe even bigger. I mean superheroes, they're iconic, but these are archtypes. You might love Wolverine but at some point you, me and everyone else has believed in these characters. I liked that idea."
