Heidi Montag hosted a wet and wild Las Vegas pool party over the weekend and showed off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day. 
Montag, who famously had 10 plastic surgery procedures done in 2009, debuted her new look at Wet Republic, where she was joined by Playboy's 'Runaway Bride,' Crystal Harris. 
"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape," Montag told Us Weekly about why she hasn't been spotted out and about recently. 
"I was actually a lot overweight," she continued. "It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."

Heidi and Spencer Pratt quit reality show

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt quit a reality show this week, and we’re not talking about The Hills.

The newly wed couple was on the cast of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! and (shame on them) they didn’t even last a week:

“They wanted to be treated like stars. Spencer literally thought he and Heidi were staying in a Four Seasons, working out and getting a tan.

The two refused to eat the same food as the rest of the cast, and complained about being teamed with low-wattage stars, among them former model/reality-show queen Janice Dickinson, actors Stephen Baldwin and Lou Diamond Phillips, former NBA star John Salley and American Idol castoff Sanjaya Malakar. An NBC exec had to coax the newlyweds to remain on board.

Heidi even said: “I wish they got some real celebrities like K-Fed.”

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Returning to 'Jungle Show'

American singer Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt are said to be returning to the jungle show 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!'

Pratt, 25, and Montag, 22, had already tried to quit the NBC reality show twice before they decided to carry on.

"Heidi and Spencer are still in the jungle and part of the show," the New York Daily News quoted a representative for them as confirming to Usmagazine.com on June 3.

As part of a decoy to give the illusion that the couple had returned home, Pratt's sister Stephanie and his friend Spenser were photographed hiding under blankets at L.A.'s LAX airport June 2 night.

"Super-celebrities don't belong in the jungle. They belong in Hollywood with the paparazzi," Pratt had said.

Montag even bid goodbye to the other contestants, who included Lou Diamond Phillips, Janice Dickinson and former Illinois first lady Patti Blagojevich.

"We're gonna miss you guys," she had added.

Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Get Married In Pasadena

Heidi and Spencer threw a reception for their 200 guests at Social Hollywood for their wedding reception. The couple had said their vows at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif earlier in the day. Heidi turned up at the event in a shorter white dress after taking her wedding dress off when she stopped at Beverly Wilshire Hotel after the wedding. The guests dined on fruity margaritas and snacked on appetizers like tuna tartare and chicken salad the wedding cake was in spring colors of greens and yellows. After the reception the married couple kept the party going but with a few guests back at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
