She explained to Youthgossip.com : �I'm a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit. Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it's just five minutes a day. It's so good for your overall being! �You are what you eat. This is a major rule I live by and it's true. I've learned a lot experimenting with food and different cleanses.' Stacy also revealed she gets bored if she doesn't have variety in her fitness regime. She said: �I go to Barry's Bootcamp,I spin, I hike, I do Pilates, I go down to the beach, I try to mix it up so I never get bored. Even if it's just doing jumping jacks for 10 minutes at home, it's important to keep your body moving.' The star is passionate about child nutrition and previously revealed she wants to develop a healthy range of snacks for kids and educate them about eating sensibly. She said: �I'm developing my own healthy snack. I'd really like to target something for children because I feel like that is the generation I want to try and re-educate about food and what they're putting into their bodies.'

The experts at the Facial Wellness Clinic have told me that my problems all stem from when I had my initial veneers put in, in 2010. Apparently, my jaw was dislocated : no wonder I've been in agony! They said that their aim is to get me completely well and that the treatment will add between 10 and 20 years to my life.' The reality TV star isn't the only one having mouth pain, as her and Alex Reid's eight-month-old daughter Dolly has developed her first tooth. Chantelle said: �I noticed that she's finally got her first tooth. It's at the front, on the bottom. I was so excited! John Travolta lawsuit dismissed A lawsuit against John Travolta relating to an alleged assault has been dismissed. Cruise ship worker Fabian Zanzi : who accused the actor of offering him a $12,000 bribe after he allegedly exposed himself during a Royal Caribbean cruise in 2009 : moved to end his legal action on Tuesday (05.02.13) after it entered a new and very expensive stage. The 58-year-old �Savages' star's lawyer Marty Singer told Youthgossip.com: �My client and our firm are very pleased that Mr. Zanzi has agreed to dismiss the lawsuit.' A judge had previously ruled in the VIP worker's favour by denying the actor's attempt to resolve the lawsuit through arbitration but John's legal team had a motion pending before the court that, if granted, would have required Fabian to put up $75,000 for a bond if the proceedings continued. Fabian had previously claimed that John : who is married to Kelly Preston : asked for a meal to be delivered to his room, where he then asked Fabian for a neck massage. He said the actor dropped his robe when he went to reach for his neck and forcefully embraced him, telling him he was �beautiful'. When he resisted, he claimed the actor offered him $12,000 to remain silent about the issue. Fabian claimed he told management on board the cruise ship about the event but they refused to allow him to write out any details.

Madonna to auction outfits for Hurricane Sandy Madonna is to auction her tour costumes to raise money for Hurricane Sandy relief. The �Girl Gone Wild' hitmaker visited some of the areas hit by last October's superstorm : which caused millions of dollars worth of damage, particularly in New York and New Jersey : shortly after the natural disaster took place, and is now planning to do what she can to help those worst affected. According to the Youthgossip.com , the 54-year-old pop star will sell off outfits including the majorette costume and caged basque which she wore on stage during her �MDNA' world tour, as well as numerous props from the set. The news comes after Madonna's eldest daughter Lourdes, 16, made an impassioned appeal for people to help US residents trying to rebuild their lives after the devastating hurricane. Lourdes : who visited Far Rockaway in November with her mother to help relief workers box up supplies for locals : wrote on her blog: �It's extremely important that we STILL do what we can because people still need help. This can be donating to hurricane relief or going down to the affected locations and helping out. �My family and I went down to Rockaway a while back and the devastation was awful. It looked like the apocalypse and trash, rubble and tree branches were everywhere. We boxed provisions and gave them out to folks that needed them. �It was actually really awesome to see how many people were there helping out and how many people cared. There has been an extreme amount of progress since the hurricane despite the damage done and it is very inspiring to see the city rebuild itself but there's still a lot of work that needs to be done.' As well as Lourdes, Madonna is also mother to Rocco, 12, Mercy, six, and David, seven.

The controversial singer is embroiled in fresh troubles after getting into a fight with fellow R&B singer Frank Ocean last week and allegations being brought to court that he faked community service, causing him to have a meltdown on Instagram, claiming he �can't handle' further gossip about him. (sic)' The 23-year-old R&B star was not specific about what is bothering him, but if the Los Angeles County District Attorney's allegations are upheld, he could face his probation : imposed for beating on/off girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 : being revoked. The �How We Do' singer says people in her homeland �worship' her music and her image and she felt like the late Princess of Wales when they flocked around her in reverence during a visit to the country. Rita : who lived in the country until she was one : told Youthgossip.com : �I lived in Kosovo until I was one and my grandparents, aunties and cousins are still there. They're living in a country which is worshipping what I'm doing and I don't know what it's like because I'm not there. My cousins call me up and say, �Rita, you don't understand, they have shops named after you.' �I went there and felt like Princess Diana, I'm not even joking. It was the best reception I've ever received. And they crowned me ambassador [in 2012], which was a great honour.' The 22-year-old star admitted that one of her own idols is pop legend Madonna and she would be totally dumb-struck if she were to ever meet the �Like A Virgin' hitmaker. Will Shah Rukh Khan be harassed again at US airport All are aware of the incident that happened with Shah Rukh Khan at New York airport wherein he was detained by the Customs authorities after knowing his title name Khan. He had visited the country to deliver a lecture at the reputed Yale University last year. However, the fans of SRK have been wondering after getting to know that the star has again received an invitation to deliver a lecture at Harvard University, US. Almost a year after that incident, SRK has been invited to speak in the US again, Shahrukh is going to deliver a lecture on the economics of movie-making to students, a far more serious topic than he had addressed before. Talking about the last incident, the news about SRK's hasty detention led to outrage in his homeland. His fans, well wishers and various Indian politicians were fuming with anger over the reception the 47-year-old star received in America. The Indian foreign ministry too was upset about the episode. Later, the US Customs and Border Protection authorities expressed profound apologies for detaining the star.
