Tamil director Ameer is known as the tough taskmaster in the Industry and he is the one who never gets satisfied until the output matches his expectations. Actress Neetu Chandra came to know about this perfectionist filmmaker while shooting for their recent release ‘Aadhi Bhagawan‘.
After coming to know about Ameer‘s work, Neetu Chandra expressed her desire to work in his direction but the filmmaker refused to team up with her as she can’t speak Tamil. The actress took it up as a challenge and learnt the language, 10 months later she spoke to him in Tamil. Impressed with her determination, the director roped in Neetu for his film by replacing the heroine who has signed the project much before.
Neetu Chandra reveals there were several instances she shot non-stop for 30 hours, only to satisfy the director. Initially, she hated those schedules which are physically and mentally demanding to the point of exhaustion but later she got accustomed to the working style of the director. Hope the hardwork and dedication of Neetu pays off!
