Saif Ali Khan performs some dangerous stunts scene in water for Race 2

Earlier Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar had experienced few moments with sharks while filming an under-water sequence in his film Blue, and now the latest buzz says that Saif Ali Khan is the next to follow suit as in his upcoming film Race 2, he has given several stunt scenes in the water.

It is learnt that while filming the dangerous stunt scenes, filmmaker Abbas-Mustan and crew members had thought of getting a body double to perform Saif's high-octane chase scenes in the water. However, lo and behold, Saif did all of that himself steering his motorboat with elan.

A source from the sets says, "Saif just loves water sports and didn't give in to the requests of having a body double. He wanted to do it on his own. In fact every time action director Peter Heins would get busy setting up scenes, Saif would take the boat for a spin."

Peter says, "Saif doesn't like to use body doubles and that's the best part of working with actors like John Abraham and Saif who are so enthusiastic about doing their own action. I was scared to imagine Saif controlling the boat himself. But ultimately it turned out very well."

Saif says he had a great time filming in Cyprus for the sequence and adds, "It was quite a remarkable action sequence. Peter designed it very well. I love being in the sea."
