JAMES CAMERON PLAGIARIZED 'AVATAR'???
Famous Hollywood Movie Director James Cameron is facing a lawsuit after being accused of stealing the idea for his blockbuster movie "Avatar".Writer Kelly Van has claimed that Cameron based the movie on her online book "Sheila the Warrior: The Damned".
However, Cameron insists he's never seen the story, but Van has filed papers alleging that both the director and the movie studio 20th Century Fox plagiarised her plot and character details.
She claims the "demeanour", "attire", "motions" and "powers/rituals" of the Na'vi characters, as well as the "settings" and "scenes" are based entirely on her work, reports imdb.com.
"It's absolutely baseless. Jim Cameron's treatment for 'Avatar' was written before Ms. Van alleges she even started to write her book," said Chris Petrikin, spokesperson for Fox.
Van's attorney Kevin Mirch insists: "We did a lot of research, and the copyright says 'Avatar' was copyrighted on April 1 of 2007. The date of (Van's) creation was in 2000, and it was published on the internet in 2003. 'Avatar' was done much later."
"It's just contrary to what they said to us - which they did in a very rude manner. (Cameron's) lawyer wrote us a letter saying they would go after our law firm and our client if it wasn't dismissed immediately. To have letters that say they're going to sue us and they're going to make us go bankrupt is bad business," he said.

"Will Smith stopped by the Hannah Montana wrap party to drop off his kids (Willow and Jaden). They're big Hannah Montana fans. At one point, Will's hit song 'Welcome to Miami' was played, and Willow was dancing along with Miley. It was so cute!" the source added.

"He even tried to get her to meet up with him. Luckily this girl realized the guy was a fake before it was too late, but who's to say he won't try his luck with someone else. I can't stress enough how careful everyone should be when they're chatting to people on the Internet," he added.

KELLY OSBOURNE LOVES TO WORK OUT WITH PERSONAL TRAINER
Kelly Osbourne says she loves working out with her personal trainer."I've been working out with a personal trainer three times a week, which I really enjoy. It makes me think, 'Why the hell did I not do this so long ago?," femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying.
"But I do try to stay away from the machines. I find that machines will only work that one part of your body. And you'll end up getting a really big muscle somewhere where you don't want it,"
The 25-year-old who recently shed over 40lbs (about 18 kg)in the past year admits being sensible with what she eats and is comfortable with her figure.
"I don't deny myself what I want, because when I do finally get it, I'll eat 10 times more. I haven't bothered weighing myself so I've no idea if I've put on weight, but I really don't care. I'll never be one of those girls who obsesses about their figure, that must be such a boring way to live," she added.

IRISH ACTOR: COIN FARRELL SCARED OF WATER!
Irish actor Coin Farrell says he is scared of going near the water because of his poor swimming skills."I won't even take a bath. Actually I can swim but I'm not good in water. It depends on how close I am to shore. I'm not a good swimmer. I've got a family of good swimmers - all the kids. My brothers and two sisters are great swimmers but I could never swim," contactmusic.com quoted him as saying.
Farrell featured as a fisherman who finds a mermaid in "Ondine" and joked he found playing such a nice, pleasant character "boring".
"It was so boring. I didn't get to scalp anyone," he said.
Though Farrell admits he formed an attachment to his big screen alter ego Syracuse.
"It was really lovely. It was really nice to be able to play a character that wasn't burdened by the notion of responsibility or wasn't consumed with the idea of pretence, even in an unaware way. So, there was a simplicity and a humility to the character that was really, really lovely," he said.
