She told The Youthgossip.com: Mila is fantastic. She is lovely, petite and wonderful. And she's a modern, smart young person. Her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher has a good career too but I think she has managed not to let her men dominate her life. A lot of young actresses have a hard time combining a reasonable love life with a career. I think she's a good role model. She was a star at a very young age and has a very good TV background but converted to films very well She's 29 and has a certain maturity. She said: The whole idea that because it's Hollywood you have to be blonde and have big boobs and be inappropriately dressed I don't see that with her. Mila isn't a bimbo and she doesn't dress like one. "I used to write letters to guys I liked rather than approach them directly because I was too embarrassed." Leona also recommends looking for eye contact with a man as one of the best ways of knowing if they are interested. She added to Top of the Pops magazine: "Just like us girls, guys are programmed to send out physical clues when they're interested in you, and this is usually the first sign that he's into you. If your crush isn't someone you know well, lingering eye contact and a smile are signs to watch out for. They're a good hint that he's really attracted to you." And what she does is acting too, to get on stage and perform as that character in front of an audience. Her friends backstage all thought I was some kind of innocent. They nicknamed me 'Bambi'." Agyness finds acting very different to modelling because it relies so much on portraying a feeling, rather than a look. She explained to the Fastmaza.com : "Modelling is only about the look. In acting, it's the feel that matters. "Flo's job is all about her body, and the way she uses her body is very sexual, but she uses it to mask her vulnerability. That's what makes her human. In modelling you only worry about the surface; you only have to have that feeling you want to portray for a second. But in acting you have to hang onto it, and let it evolve and grow inside you. Ella Henderson Is Bookies Favourite For X Factor After Incredible Performance After Saturday's stunning performance of Take That's Rule the World', Ella Henderson has shot to the favourite spot by bookies as they cut the odds dramatically which are now 10/11. The X-Factor stylists seem to have aptly chosen to model Henderson on Lana Del Rey, which suits her look and voice perfectly, but Henderson's performance proved her to have distinctly better voice than the American singer, who shocked and disappointed fans with a poor performance on Saturday Night Live earlier this year. Nicole Scherzinger described her as a blessing', Louis said she was the best female singer since Leona Lewis and Gary Barlow said that she sang his song "10 times better than [him]". High praise indeed. Ella's version of the song shot to number one in the iTunes download chart, followed by Lucy Spraggan. This positive news surrounding the X-Factor is in distinct contrast to the controversy of Sunday night's elimination, in which Louis Walsh effectively signed the death warrant for Carolynne Pool's time on the show, as he chose to let the decision go to deadlock' rather than save the obviously better singer. His choice saved Rylan Clark who the bookies know isn't going to win, with odds at 100/1, and to be honest, even that seems a little generous. "As we sat and ate, she told us all these stories : graphic stories about her sex life, enough to put us off our steaks. "Later we met up with other members of the cast and crew at Club 360, a revolving penthouse venue overlooking the French Quarter. "Under the staircase was a room, dimly lit with red lights. "A bed in the middle, and on the bed a couple having sex, there for everyone to see. The kind of party bands should be going to." However, it didn't stop him almost hooking up with the actress although Harry revealed their intimate encounter was ruined by bandmember Danny Jones. He added: "Lindsay grabbed me by the hand and followed me into a bathroom. Then she shut the door behind us. "As I turned around, she lunged at me. This was full on and it lasted for quite some time. "Then things started to get a bit more serious. A bit steamier. "One thing led to another. We moved from first base to second base, and then, just as I was about to seal the deal, Danny walked in, Oh sorry, mate!' "For a while Lindsay and I carried on getting a bit frisky but gradually she started to sober up. "'You've got to leave before eight', she said. I didn't really want to leave.
