The story behind Arizona Muse’s name starts with the arid beauty of the Sonoran Desert. “My mother is English and was really impressed by the landscape when she moved out there with my father,” says the model who was born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. During the spring collections, Muse was the runaway star of the season, scooping up opening and closing spotlights at Prada—and landing a leading role in the brand’s new campaign to boot. 
As the 22-year-old tells it, Ms. Prada is not only kind and elegant, but she also has the most amazing legs. “They’re stunning, and I told her so!” 
Muse says, laughing. As the mother of a twenty-month-old, Muse keeps her gams in shape running around with her son, Nikko, whom she took with her to Paris this fall.

Now, she has a cookbook of her own: “My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness” (Grand Central Publishing, 272 pp., $30). From simple burgers to entrees that span the globe, there’s plenty to tempt vegetarians and vegans, as well as omnivores. Families will love the frequent tips on tweaking recipes to suit grown-up and pint-size palates.

And the crab cakes with spicy rémoulade were inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants. (Paltrow’s young son, Moses, was curious about krabby patties.) The bottom line, Paltrow writes, is togetherness: “Food can be as simple as can be, even Chinese takeout — just all of us sitting together without television, BlackBerrys and the like, is gold.”

Fergie At FiFi Awards 2011 In Hot Yellow Chiffon Gown Pics

Fergie looked amazing in a yellow chiffon gown while attending the 2011 FiFi Awards held at The Tent at Lincoln Center on Wednesday (May 25) in New York City. 
She was honored to have received this year’s New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award for her scent called Outspoken for Avon. However, the bigger surprise came when her husband, Josh Duhamel, came out to introduce her. 
“She doesn’t know I’m here. I pulled a fast one on her,” Duhamel told People while he was backstage, preparing for his tribute. He had told Fergie he was going to be out playing golf. 
He told the crowd that she was his “partner in crime, the yin to my yang, the froth in my cappuccino, the woman I love.” When she came out, she couldn’t help but be cheesy back, repeatedly telling him she loved him and how zealous she was that he surprised her. 
Fergie’s fragrance just launched last year and came as an immediate success.
The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman is responsible for Avon’s most successful fragrance launch ever and was recognized for it at the star-studded event. 
Honoring “a celebrity whose very first fragrance has enjoyed instant success with the consumer and brought recognition to the fragrance category,” the US Fragrance Foundation has decided to give this year’s New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award to Fergie, who launched Outspoken with Avon last year.

“It feels unbelievable for me to have the biggest launch in Avon’s history,” Fergie said in a statement. “I am extremely passionate about my projects and put a lot of energy into the development and execution – Outspoken was no exception. I’m so excited to be receiving the FiFi ‘New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year’ Award, and it feels amazing to be honored by the industry.” The annual FiFi Awards is considered the Oscars of the fragrance industry.
