The �X Factor' host and the basketball player recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary and Khloe revealed she is grateful that she found someone who cares so much for her.
She said: �Every day I'm with him, I feel so lucky to have found someone who cares so deeply about me. This is such a happy time and the beginning of so many great things for the both of us.'
Despite their much publicised struggles to have kids, Lamar says they are determined to start a family and it is their number one priority.
He told Us Youthgossip.com : �Having kids is something that he, we before anyone else want to do.'
However, friends of the pair admitted they did go through a rough patch earlier this year when Lamar was struggling with his career but they are both happier now than ever.
An insider said: �It wasn't so much fighting as frustration. Lamar�s mood is so tied to basketball. He was in a funk for a while. And Khloe was trying to keep him up while also struggling with the fertility stuff.'
