It turns out that PZ shares close ties with the multitalented filmmaker and his work-partner, so they have both been an integral part of her first production. Our informant, who regularly hangs out at the famous café below Dharma Films' suburban office, told us that the bubbly babe has been regularly in touch with KJo throughout the making of Ishkq In Paris. "She consulted Karan on everything from marketing to post production to satellite rights and other commercial aspects of filmmaking that were beyond Preity's understanding," says our source. When PZ was asked about the Student Of The Year director's involvement in IIP, she acknowledged it and said, "I'd like to thank Karan for having a heart of gold and helping me find a solution (to all my problems)."
