Rosario Isabel Dawson was born in New York City on May 9, 1979.
Her breakthrough as an actress came with the film Kids which has led to starring roles in a number of films including 25th Hour, Eagle Eye, Seven Pounds and Unstoppble.
Dawson performed in the remixed version of ’1999′ by Prince, was featured in the track ‘She Lives In My Lap’ by OutKast and appeared in the video for the song ‘Out of Control’ by The Chemical Brothers.
She also starred in and produced the online-based TV series Gemini Division and performed a voice over role for the animated series Afterworld.
